About LRC
The Learning Resource Center (LRC) has been helping students since 1981. We are currently located in the Tidewater area. We are passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals!
Our Director
The owner/director, Nancy Harris-Kroll has her Master’s of Science in Education majoring in the area of Special Education. Nancy holds a Post Graduate Collegiate endorsement by the state of VA in the areas of Learning Disabilities and Emotional Disturbances. She also holds a VA endorsement in Art PK-12. Nancy completed post graduate work in the area of Behavior Analysis at Penn State. She is currently recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Nancy conducts private supervision for students working toward certification in ABA as BCBA’s or BCaBA’s.

Our Staff
The LRC staff consists of a range of qualified professionals. Each staff member is committed to achieving their client’s goals and helping them grow as individuals. Our staff work one-on-one with their clients, enacting a strategic, customized treatment plan which is unique to the client’s needs. We are passionate about ensuring our client’s improve not only specific skill domains but build confidence and become more independent.
